» Where can I find my bank routing number (also known as ABA or RTN)?
You can find the nine-digit routing number in the lower left corner of your checks, directly before your account
number. Click here to view a sample check with the routing transit number illustrated.
» When do I get credit for my payment?
Your payment is credited the day it is submitted, however, your file remains “open” until the payment clears at
your bank or credit card company.
» What is the fee that is added to the check that I wrote the merchant?
This fee is authorized by the state that you reside in and goes toward reimbursing the parties to the
transaction for the fees that they incurred when your check was returned unpaid by your bank.
» Can I make arrangements to pay for my check over time?
If you are currently employed and have a valid reason why you cannot pay immediately, you may be eligible
for a payment plan. Please call us at the number on the notice you received by mail for details.
» I wrote a check to a business, how did you get it?
The business that your check was returned to unpaid has selected us to handle their customer service for
these type of situations. They’ve selected us because they know that mistakes happen to everyone and they
want to make it as easy as possible for you to take care of your obligation without the trouble or
embarrassment of paying your check where you made your purchase.
